Rest Care Home Services LLC provides community residential services to adults with disabilities needing a place to stay, learn, and participate in community activities to enhance their living. We offer supported living services, home health care services for adults with physical disabilities acquired brain injuries and mental health disorders who come to receive the support they need to maximize their livelihood and independent living skills. We seek to help our clients learn activities and living skills on their own terms and at their own pace.
We provide community-based Individual Community Living Support (ICLS) services, homemakers, and companion services. We are also currently taking referrals for CADI Waiver, Elderly Waiver, Alternative Care, Brain Injury in our 24-hour customized living facilities in and around the Twin Cities. Our homes offer a comfortable and relaxing environment located around the major hubs of social activities in the Twin Cities.
